That’s a lot of losses!

And, in my opinion, that is going to have an impact on the overall economy which will lower the risk of inflation.

about getting a mortgage through a mortgage company that is owned by the builder. My brother did that when he bought his house in Sacramento, but before he did, we priced it out to make sure I couldn’t get him a better deal. The builder, in my brother’s case, was able to offer discounts on the mortgage that I couldn’t match. Just be careful.
