Well, there’s $18,000,000,000 of the $30,000,000,000 that the analyst at Oppenheimer said we’d see this week. That’s a big chunk of change to hit UBS’ balance sheet with.

I think that says it quite well. The current problems need current attention, these problems are way on down the road.

State agency shuts down Centennial Mortgage

Gee, a mortgage company shut down for financial incompetence? There’s a first!

I’m sure that’s a 1 in 1 million occurence and it’s never going to happen again.

I tell you folks, if you need a mortgage, you need to work with a bank. In today’s market, it’s the only reasonably certain guarantee that you’re going to get your loan. I feel bad for the people who got screwed when Centennial got shut down. Hey, I feel bad for the people who got screwed by Centennial when they were doing business!
