Every day that the market is open, I’m going to make two separate posts in a series. I’m calling them:
“Will it float?” With apologies to David Letterman, at some point between 10 and noon on weekdays, I’m going to post a few short thoughts about what’s going on in the market and whether it looks, based on what I’m reading, like it would be wise to float a mortgage rate until the next day or to lock in and grab what’s there.
The second one I’m calling the “Market Mood of the Moment” and that is going to show up somewhere between 1 and 3 Eastern Time and it’s basically going to be some thoughts about the mood of the market and what’s happening.
