THE employees of financial firms who have lost their jobs, and the ones who are about to lose their jobs, face a significant challenge in finding employment that will pay them nearly as well, says Kevin Kelly, chief executive of Heidrick & Struggles International, the major executive search firm.

This isn’t the last time that we’re going to hear stories like this.   An entire industry is shrinking and there are a lot of displaced workers (this one is financial, the next one is going to be manufacturing, then automotive…..)

It’s going to be one of the biggest challenges that we as a country face going forward…..
