THE ATM Machine?

An interesting article about regulation and the banking industry.  Paul Volcker is the man who led us through the 1981-82 mess as chairman of the Federal Reserve.   He’s obviously not a big fan of financial innovation.

I do believe that he was not referring to the Home ATM that is sinking many people when he refers to the ATM machine.   He’s talking about the simple ATM machine that spits cash at you if you have it in your account.
