Housing Inventory Problems….

Do you think that the inventory problems in housing are going to be over any time soon? Think again….
The Zillow survey of homeowners shows that it’s not going to go away any time soon. Most areas of the country already have inventory problems and then this survey says that varying between 31 and 40% of homeowners are just waiting for the first sign that the market has stabilized and then they are going to put their houses on the market.
So, we get a sign of stabilization and BAM! we get several hundred thousand additional homes on the market. Guess what that’s going to do? Yep, take whatever steam was there and let it out……
