30 Year Bond Yield History

Let’s keep things in a bit of perspective.   Yeah, rates have gone up, but look at the last 30 years and you’ll see that we’re still lower than virtually any time in the last 30 years.

So, take a deep breath, we’ll be fine.

    1. Regression to the mean will be very painful. That graph should show why every renter with a credit report should be buying a home right now, or be trapped into a lifelong cycle of rent increases without equity.
